Voucher Terms & Conditions
1. New Member Signup Promo
1.1 Eligibility
- Limited to the first 50 users (min spend RM300), and 51st user onward (min spend RM500), who successfully register a new member account on the website.
- Applicable to users who create a new account via the Causeway Link Holidays official website only.
1.2 Voucher Issuance
- Voucher will be automatically issued to qualified users’ accounts upon successful sign-up.
- Only one voucher per user, per account.
- Issuance date is based on server registration timestamp (not user device time).
1.3 Redemption Rules
- RM50 discount applies with a minimum spend of RM300 in a single transaction, and is valid for any product on the website including attraction tickets and tour packages, except for ManjaLink cards purchase.
- Voucher can only be used for a single transaction.
- Voucher can only be redeemed for purchases made online via the Causeway Link Holidays official website.
- Voucher will be visible during checkout under “Available Vouchers” once the user is logged in.
- User must manually click “Apply” before completing payment.
- Voucher cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.
- If the voucher value exceeds the total payable amount, the remaining balance is not refundable, transferable, or carried forward to future purchases.
1.4 Validity Period
- Voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
- Exact expiry date will be displayed on the voucher.
2. Birthday Month Promo
2.1 Eligibility
- Voucher is issued to members with a valid date of birth entered at the time of registration.
- Birthday date field is mandatory and cannot be edited after registration.
2.2 Voucher Issuance
- Voucher will be issued on the first day of the user’s birthday month and linked to the user account.
- Only one voucher per user, per account.
- Issuance date is based on server registration timestamp (not user device time).
- Notification will be sent via email.
2.3 Redemption Rules
- 50% discount (capped at RM30) applies with no minimum spend in a single transaction, and is valid for any product on the website including attraction tickets and tour packages, except for ManjaLink cards purchase.

3. General Conditions
- Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash.
- Not stackable with other promo codes or vouchers in the same transaction.
- If a refund is issued for the order, the voucher will not be reissued.
- Voucher does not apply to ManjaLink cards.
- No reissue or extension will be granted for expired or unused vouchers.
- Suspicious activity (e.g., fake emails, bots) may result in account suspension and voucher cancellation.
- Any misuse or breach of these terms will result in revocation.
- Causeway Link Holidays reserves the right to amend or terminate the promotion without prior notice.
